Returns of goods will happen under certain circumstances. If you need to return the items you've purchased, we will be glad to work with you. However, even though we are very customer oriented, and our customers mean everything to us, there are still limitations on returns.
Some items purchased from Reycamp may be exchanged or returned within 10 business days* from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured. We are charging a re-stocking fee of $50 USD for every exchange.
Reycamp will not be responsible for wrong sizes choosen by our customers, we will be glad to exchange for another size of jacket once we had received your returned jacket (please request a RMA number from us at onlineorders@reycamp.com plus your $50 USD re-stocking fee). Please note that you will also be responsible for any additional cost incurred for shipping & handling and any other customs fee.
Please note:Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
For the health and safety reason, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.

Please use the original shipping box and package materials.
Retain your packing list and/or receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning.
Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.

For your protection, return the product via UPS or FedEx prepaid, or U.S. Mail prepaid and with a return receipt. Retain the UPS tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement.
Shipment Mistakes:
Mistaken shipments, and mistaken order processing are human nature. If there is a mistake in shipping or processing your order, Reycamp will exchange the product at no additional charge. You must notify onlineorders@reycamp.com within 10 business days* if a mistake occurs.
*This 10 business day timeframe is extended for items that are on backorder or items that are explicitly marked as taking longer than 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
All sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. These items are clearly marked "closeout" on the product page, the basket page, and your email confirmation and on your packing slip.
