Customs And Import Duties
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Reycamp does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
- If your Order is more than 2 Jackets, You may pay Customs and Import Duties in your country.

Returns of goods will happen under certain circumstances. If you need to return the items you've purchased, we will be glad to work with you. However, even though we are very customer oriented, and our customers mean everything to us, there are still limitations on returns.

Some items purchased from Reycamp may be exchanged or returned within 10 business days* from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured. We are charging a re-stocking fee of $50 USD for every exchange.

Reycamp will not be responsible for wrong sizes choosen by our customers, we will be glad to exchange for another size of jacket once we had received your returned jacket (please request a RMA number from us at onlineorders@reycamp.com plus your $50 USD re-stocking fee). Please note that you will also be responsible for any additional cost incurred for shipping & handling and any other customs fee.

Please note:Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.

For the health and safety reason, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.

Please use the original shipping box and package materials.

Retain your packing list and/or receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning.
